At Enhance Movement our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) want to help support, motivate and empower YOU to improve your quality of life but also give YOU the best, honest advice to guide YOU throughout your journey with us whether that is short or long. We spend time getting to know YOU, your goals, and your plans to work alongside YOU helping bridge any gaps that YOU may come across.
An AEP is a university-qualified allied health professional, specialising in human movement, connecting the mind and the body on every level via movement. At Enhance Movement our role for our AEP is to help design, deliver and evaluate clinically safe and effective exercise and education interventions for people living with acute, sub-acute, chronic health and medical conditions, injuries, neurological, psychological, metabolic, musculoskeletal, pulmonary/respiratory, and oncology conditions. We believe that any ability has the power to enhance through movement.
Movement is more than just exercise—it's the key to improving your health, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing your quality of life. As Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs), we specialise in understanding how your body moves, how it wants to move, and most importantly, why movement matters.

Neuroplasticity in Action: PD Movement Champions
At Enhance Movement, we’re endlessly inspired by the brain—its power, complexity, and ability to adapt. This adaptability, known as neuroplasticity, is the brain’s capacity to reorganise and respond to life’s demands. It underpins how we learn, behave, and remember—and it’s a concept we live and breathe every day.
We’re proud to channel this passion into everything NEURO—and that includes our specialised
PD Movement Champions Exercise Group.

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) affects the central nervous system, gradually impacting movement, balance, and cognitive function. But there’s good news—evidence-based research supports the power of task-specific and aerobic exercise as a key management tool.
Our PD Movement Champions group is more than just a class—it’s a community. A place to move, connect, and reclaim control with tailored exercises that target:
And of course, we always make time for a cuppa and a chat—sometimes with a cheeky sweet treat on the side.
